CryptoCasino Terms for Accounts, Games, Bonuses and Transactions

These Terms govern access to CryptoCasino, account creation, games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, responsible gambling tools and support. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Operator and Definitions

CryptoCasino is operated by Igloo Ventures SRL under Anjouan licence ALSI-142311005-FI2. In these Terms, account means your registered player profile; real-money balance means cleared deposited or won funds; bonus funds means promotional value subject to conditions; KYC means identity and compliance verification; and payment method includes a supported wallet, coin and blockchain network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and meet the legal gambling age where you live. You may use our services only where doing so is lawful. International licensing does not replace a local authorisation requirement. We may request age, identity, residence or location evidence at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

Provide accurate, current information and maintain one account unless we approve otherwise. You are responsible for passwords, email access, devices, wallet credentials and two-factor authentication. Tell support immediately if an account or device may be compromised.
Accounts may be restricted where details are false, duplicated, incomplete or connected with excluded, underage or prohibited users. You may not sell, transfer or share an account.

4. Verification

We may request identity, address, selfie, payment ownership, wallet ownership, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence. Verification can occur at registration, deposit, withdrawal or during an account review. Payments and account functions may remain restricted while checks are incomplete.
Documents must be valid, readable and unaltered. False documents, inconsistent information or refusal to complete a lawful check may lead to suspension, closure, withheld transactions or reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Balances

Use a payment method and wallet you are authorised to control. Select the correct coin and network; blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Deposits below a displayed minimum, sent through an unsupported network or made with an unsupported token may not be recoverable.
Deposited funds normally require one-time wagering before withdrawal. We may review or charge reasonable processing costs where a deposit is withdrawn without genuine play, where permitted by the account terms. Chargebacks, reversed transfers and payment abuse are prohibited.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must meet the coin minimum, account limit, bonus rules and verification requirements. We may use method matching where practical. A request can move through Pending, Processing, Approved, Returned or Rejected status.
The standard monthly maximum may be limited to the equivalent of 50,000 EUR unless account, VIP or compliance conditions state otherwise. Blockchain congestion and receiving-wallet controls affect delivery after a transaction is released. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address supplied by the player.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Each offer has separate eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, wagering, expiry, maximum bet and game-contribution rules. The welcome offer may provide 200% up to 10,000 USDT, 50 free spins and a 5 USDT sports free bet, subject to the promotion displayed in the account.
Bonus abuse includes duplicate accounts, coordinated play, low-risk wagering designed solely to release value, restricted games, prohibited bet patterns and use of another person’s payment method. We may cancel bonus funds and related winnings where conditions are breached.

8. Games and Bet Records

Game availability can change. A bet is accepted only when recorded by our system. Interrupted sessions, disconnections and display delays do not alter the authoritative server record. Malfunctions void affected play and payments where the result cannot be reliably established.
RTP, volatility, maximum win and feature information are supplied by game providers and may vary by configuration. Provably-Fair verification demonstrates how a result was generated; it does not guarantee a winning outcome.

9. Errors and Corrections

Incorrect odds, duplicate credits, technical faults, currency errors or payment mistakes do not create a right to retain value that was not validly won or deposited. We may void affected transactions, correct balances and request repayment after reviewing system records.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment abuse, chargeback misuse, false-document submission, money laundering, unauthorised automation, game manipulation or access intended to bypass legal, security or account restrictions. VPN or proxy use is prohibited where it conceals a restricted location or defeats controls.

11. Suspension and Closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account to protect security, satisfy legal obligations, enforce these Terms, investigate conduct or apply responsible gambling controls. Where lawful, valid remaining real-money funds will be returned after deductions, chargebacks, disputes and verification are resolved.

12. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and must not be treated as income. Account controls can include deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Attempts to evade a self-exclusion or use another account may result in closure.

13. Intellectual Property and Site Use

Brand names, text, interfaces, software and graphics are protected. You receive a limited personal right to use the service. Scraping, copying, reverse engineering, commercial redistribution and interference with site operation are prohibited.

14. Privacy and Third Parties

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Games, payments, wallets and verification may involve independent third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s separate service outside our control.

15. Liability

Services are provided subject to availability, law and technical operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, winnings, fixed crypto values or a specific blockchain confirmation time. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
